Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system elevates furnace temperatures gradually. Within half an hour, upon reaching the designated temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles, crushed and funneled by a high-pressure fan, enter the combustion chamber. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion in the furnace. Tail gas experiences a secondary burn and is intensely oxidized in a multi-layered secondary combustion chamber, equipped with gravity dust collectors for substantial dust capture. Following this, flue gas is directed to the waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, assisting factory operations and retrieving precious metal oxides. After passing through an air heat exchanger for fresh air heating and additional cooling, flue gas proceeds to the dust collector for fine dust and metal oxide recovery. A spray system further purifies and washes the gas, culminating in discharge through a chimney by the exhaust fan. Residual ashes are inspected for valuable metal oxides before being landfilled. Liquid interfaces remain ready for combustive waste liquid injection.
