Process flow description:
The system efficiently delivers light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline, with an automatic ignition system that gradually elevates the furnace temperature. After a mere half-hour, when the desired temperature is reached, the waste conveying system activates. Waste is reduced into particles using a crusher and transported into the combustion chamber by a powerful high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion in the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a secondary combustion chamber, characterized by its multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors to capture dust. The flue gas passes through a waste heat boiler, is cooled and recycled into steam for factory use, while precious metal oxides are also reclaimed. The air heat exchanger further cools the flue gas, providing heated fresh air for factory needs. Reduced flue gas is directed to a dust collector for fine dust removal and further precious metal oxide recovery. A spray system ensures additional dust removal and washing. Finally, the standardized gas is expelled through a chimney via an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the remaining ash are checked and sent to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for burning waste liquids by spraying them into the furnace.
