The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the potent burner, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This thorough procedure guarantees safety and top-notch efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly channeled through meticulously designed pipelines, culminating in its precise ignition by the burners. The generated radiant heat adeptly increases the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled elevation to achieve peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln courtesy of an advanced feeding system. This state-of-the-art mechanism skillfully maintains the combustion temperature precisely at 850ºC through meticulous oxygen regulation, ensuring optimal efficiency. Simultaneously, liquid waste is seamlessly delivered into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating impeccable processing and integration for outstanding performance.
4) The flue gas, generated from the intense operation of the rotary kiln, proceeds to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes premium combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This achieves a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, attaining an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After passing through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages play a pivotal role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) Following its journey through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
