Functions and advantages of thermal oxidation chamber

This thermal oxidation chamber is used for thermal storage and oxidation of organic waste gas produced during the production process. After the waste gas passes through the regenerator, the temperature reaches 850°C. The organic matter contained in the waste gas in the thermal oxidation chamber is fully oxidized and decomposed, so that the oxidation temperature is maintained at about 820ºC. When the concentration of organic matter in the exhaust gas fluctuates, the combustion-supporting burner is automatically turned on to make the flue gas temperature meet the design requirements.
The main advantages of this thermal oxidation chamber are:
  1) The combustion of the furnace body is designed according to the 3T principle (temperature, time, and eddy current) to ensure that the exhaust gas is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in the combustion chamber of the furnace body. The Venturi-type furnace structure is adopted to ensure that the exhaust gas incineration will not appear biased flow and dead angle and make the destruction and removal rate of organic matter reach more than 99.9%.
  2) High safety. It is equipped with the function that the ignition cannot be ignited unless the explosive gas is excluded before starting to prevent gas explosion. There is a flame detector in the furnace. Once the flame out or ignition failure occurs in the furnace, the exhaust gas supply will be automatically cut off immediately. The alarm system is complete, safe and reliable. .
