2) Prior to the powerful burner igniting, it's critical to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures both safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly transported via finely engineered pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat methodically elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.

6) As the flue gas emerges from the secondary combustion chamber, it advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and meticulously preparing it for the next stages of treatment.
7) Following its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower.
