The novel flue gas directional system persistently agitates waste for uniform heating, achieving a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour to ensure comprehensive thermal treatment and complete organic matter obliteration.
Moreover, the state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber incinerates generated gases at extreme temperatures reaching 1100ºC, maximizing organic matter elimination. The furnace is selected to meet rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence times of ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Commence with the blower to efficiently purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risk during ignition.
2) To activate the advanced incineration prowess, initiate the induced draft fan to perform an extensive five-minute purge, ensuring a clean, safe, and ready environment before the powerful burners ignite. This intricate process ensures that the diesel fuel traverses expertly crafted pipelines with precision, culminating in a flawless ignition. The resulting radiant heat elevates the internal temperature of both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, facilitating a steady, controlled ascent to achieve optimal performance and safety standards.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln through an ultra-modern feeding system. This sophisticated apparatus maintains combustion temperatures at a precise 850ºC, courtesy of meticulous oxygen control, which guarantees peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid flows seamlessly into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, ensuring effortless processing and impeccable integration for enhanced performance.
4) As the rotary kiln operates intensely, it produces flue gas, which is directed towards the secondary chamber. In this chamber, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are efficiently removed via a cutting-edge wet scraper mechanism, ensuring streamlined and pristine operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes advanced combustion, augmented by the infusion of organic waste liquid. This elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process to achieve a smoke-free, odorless outcome with no secondary pollution. The flue gas lingers for a precise 4 seconds to ensure the thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, boasting a remarkable decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This precise breakdown of remaining organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, markedly enhancing environmental safety.
6) Exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes the ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the next essential stages of treatment.
7) Upon leaving the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a pressure pump, the reaction tower is precisely directed to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the flue gas into fine droplets. As these droplets encounter the rising hot flue gas, they form a dense cloud, rapidly descending to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag against potential fires.
8) The flue gas proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages are crucial for the thorough elimination of acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it complies with the stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures a smooth emission process, thereby minimizing its environmental impact.
