Process flow description:
The sophisticated system commences with light diesel oil being conveyed to the burner via an oil pipeline. This integrates with an automatic ignition system that gradually elevates the furnace's temperature. Within thirty minutes, upon reaching the designated furnace temperature, the waste conveying mechanism initiates. Waste particles, processed through a crusher, are transported into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), wastes undergo oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are subject to further burning and high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull-type secondary chamber, which uses a tri-layer gravity dust collector to amass dust. The flue gases advance to the waste heat boiler, are cooled, and converted into steam for factory utilization. Additionally, precious metal oxides are recovered, facilitating comprehensive recycling. The air heat exchanger then heats fresh air for factory use and continues cooling the gases. The cooled flue gas passes through a dust collector to remove minute particles and recover metal oxides. Following this, a spray system ensures further dust elimination and cleansing. Ultimately, the cleaned gas is expelled into the atmosphere via the chimney, guided by an exhaust fan. Remaining precious metal oxides in the ash are collected and sent to a landfill. The system reserves liquid interfaces for waste liquids that are combustible, which can be injected into the furnace.
