The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the ignition of the powerful burner, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan for a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous safety measure ensures that the expertly crafted pipelines transport diesel fuel seamlessly, setting the stage for precise burner ignition. The radiant heat then elevates temperatures within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, achieving a steady, controlled thermal environment for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste enters the rotary kiln through our cutting-edge feeding system, keeping combustion temperatures precisely at 850ºC with exact oxygen regulation for maximum efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is effortlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless processing for unmatched performance.
4) Intense operations within the rotary kiln produce flue gas that travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are expelled with exceptional efficiency using an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and immaculate operations.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes enhanced combustion as organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains for an exact 4 seconds, ensuring a thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with a remarkable efficiency exceeding 99.99%. At around 1100ºC, the chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively breaks down residual organic components and carbon particles while minimizing nitrogen oxide formation for superior environmental safety.
6) Upon leaving the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas in preparation for the next treatment stages.
7) After the cyclone, flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the two-fluid nozzle's apex, creating fine droplets that interact with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense area of suspended droplets. This process rapidly cools the gas to 200ºC in a second, effectively halting dioxin regeneration and extinguishing any residual sparks, thus protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas moves into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are critical for removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) Following its journey through the spray tower, the flue gas is smoothly released into the atmosphere via a chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures its efficient exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
