Its rotational mechanics enable optimal mixing, facilitating seamless movement to the discharge end along its incline. The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and complete organic matter destruction.
Furthermore, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection adheres to stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Following cooling, flue gas purification meticulously extracts acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Commence with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly mitigating explosion risk upon ignition.
2) Before the robust burner initiates ignition, it's vital to activate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures enhanced safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is adeptly conveyed through expertly crafted pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gently raises the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled increase for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism maintains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC through precision oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, makes its way to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This achieves a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This rapid action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages are instrumental in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, assisted by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
