The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) The process begins with the blower, effectively purging residual and flammable gases from within the furnace, significantly reducing the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner ignites, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise to achieve peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly ushered into the rotary kiln through our advanced feeding system, a cutting-edge technology that precisely regulates the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC, thanks to meticulous oxygen control. This ensures optimal efficiency and peak performance. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for superior operational performance.
4) The flue gas, a testament to the rotary kiln's robust operation, progresses to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth, immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes advanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains for a precise 4 seconds. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The strategic breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, greatly enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump skillfully channels the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet zone and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any remaining sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages play a vital role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After navigating through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures a smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
