Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously ushered into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This avant-garde mechanism sustains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC by exact oxygen regulation, securing peak efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is artfully channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, enabling seamless processing and immaculate integration for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln's intense operation, ventures to the secondary chamber. Within this chamber, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency via an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations that are smooth, clean, and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a robust 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless and odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains within for a precise 4 seconds. This guarantees the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, attaining an outstanding decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The exact breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, further boosting environmental safety.
6) Emerging gracefully from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is masterfully neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After departing the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the pinnacle of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets intermix with the rising hot flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet zone and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This rapid action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then progresses into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages are instrumental in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After journeying through the spray tower, the flue gas is gently released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth departure, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
