Process flow description:
In this innovative system, light diesel oil is carefully delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature; after 30 minutes, upon reaching the pre-set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are finely crushed and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principles—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the furnace. Post-combustion tail gas experiences secondary high-temperature oxidation in the multi-hull secondary chamber, featuring a trio of gravity dust collectors to capture most dust. Flue gases advance into the waste heat boiler, cooled, and recycled to produce steam for factory applications, along with the recovery of precious metal oxides, ensuring eco-friendly utilization. These gases then pass through an air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory needs and enabling further cooling. Cooled flue gases proceed to the dust collector, eliminating fine dust and recovering precious metal oxides, followed by a spray system for ultimate dust removal and cleansing. Finally, the purified gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney. The precious metal oxides in ashes are checked then transferred to landfills, with provision for liquid waste through reserved interfaces for combustion via spraying into the furnace.
