Process flow description:
The process starts with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. Once the optimal set temperature is reached, the waste conveying system activates. Waste is crushed into particles, then high-pressure fans deliver it to the combustion chamber. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Tail gases undergo a secondary high-temperature oxidation. The secondary chamber, with its multi-hull design and triple gravity dust collector, efficiently captures dust. Flue gases enter a waste heat boiler, cooling and transforming into steam for factory use, and recycling precious metal oxides. The air heat exchanger heats fresh air while further cooling gases. Further dust removal and washing are achieved with a spray system before releasing standard-compliant gas through the chimney. Precious metal oxides are recovered from ashes and sent to landfills. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids, which can be sprayed into the furnace.
