Safety Indicators
1. Ensuring the utmost safety, the incinerator's burner integrates a sophisticated safety protection device that instantly halts fuel supply should the burner experience any abnormal beginnings.
2. A smart combustion chamber cooling program is activated before the incinerator ceases operation, both in normal and safety shutdown scenarios. The process concludes only when the temperature reaches a pre-set value, ensuring safe cessation of operations.
3. The equipment is fortified with a leakage protection system. Withstanding temperatures up to 40 degrees and relative humidity levels of 85%, the electrical circuit maintains an insulation resistance exceeding 2 MΩ, and it endures a power frequency voltage test of 1 minute at 50Hz and 1500V. All parts are precisely positioned, ensuring reliable connections.
4. Oil, water, and gas pathways have undergone rigorous pressure sealing tests, confirming no leakage.
5. Comprehensive Alarm System:
1) Incinerator device power indicator and switch;
2) A residual burning timing device ensures the furnace is free from leftover flammable gases and organic materials, promoting safe and reliable operation.
3) An overload protection device safeguards the motor against overload, coupled with negative pressure frequency conversion control for optimal performance.
4) Interlocking high and low temperature control mechanisms further enhance safety.
Design Concepts:
The project features the innovative rotary kiln incinerator, adept at simultaneously combusting both solid and liquid wastes. It is particularly effective for chemical residues, sludge, organic waste liquids, and various industrial solid wastes,
making it the top choice for comprehensive waste disposal centers. Constructed with a cylindrical metal shell lined with insulation brick, the rotary kiln incinerator is slightly inclined to facilitate the seamless mixing and movement of waste towards the discharge end. The incinerator employs a flue gas directional design, ensuring uniform waste heating through continuous rolling and stirring by the rotating furnace body. With a residence time of 0.5-1 hours, complete heating and organic material removal are assured.
The sophisticated system includes a secondary combustion chamber where waste gases are exposed to high temperatures (1100ºC) for thorough organic matter removal. It optimally utilizes a temperature of ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds in furnace selection. Post flue gas cooling, the tail gas is diligently purified, focusing on acid components and nitrogen oxides removal, harmful component adsorption, and dust particle collection.
Components of the Incinerator Device Include:
A robust feed hydraulic transmission device, efficient waste liquid conveying pipeline system, the main rotary kiln body, primary and secondary burners, a high-performance secondary combustion chamber, water-cooled cyclone dust removal, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, independent chimney, comprehensive alkali storage tank and conveying system, lye pump, blower and air supply system, state-of-the-art electrical system, instrument control system, automatic ash device, along with the system installation and maintenance platform and support.
Main Process Flow Overview:
1) Initially, the blower is activated to purge any residual gases and potential flammable or explosive gases within the furnace, preventing ignition-related explosions.
2) Prior to burner ignition, initiate the induced draft fan and purge the furnace for a full five minutes. Fuel diesel is meticulously transported through pipelines, igniting through ignition burners. The burner’s heat release gradually elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring steady and safe operation.
3) Solid waste is expertly fed into the rotary kiln through our advanced feeding system, maintaining an optimal combustion temperature of 850ºC by precisely regulating oxygen supply. Innovative technology ensures that waste liquid is seamlessly integrated into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline.
4) The flue gas produced by the rotary kiln is efficiently directed into the secondary chamber, while the ash and slag generated are automatically removed with precision by our state-of-the-art wet scraper system, ensuring maximal efficiency and ease of operation.
5) The incineration process reaches new heights as the flue gas is reburned at elevated temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, enhanced by organic waste liquids. The temperature skyrockets to 1100ºC, ensuring a thorough and complete incineration that is both smokeless and odorless, with absolutely no secondary pollution. With a residence time of 4.0 seconds, trace organic compounds and dioxins in the flue gas are meticulously decomposed at a staggering efficiency of over 99.99%, guaranteeing the complete breakdown of any residual organic particles. Our pioneering multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails the formation of nitrogen oxides, setting a new standard in environmental safety.
6) The flue gas, post-secondary combustion, is channeled into the cutting-edge water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash in the flue gas is separated using centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the purity and cleanliness of the processed flue gas.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. The pressure pump propels it into the reaction tower where it's atomized into minute droplets via a two-fluid nozzle, creating a high-density droplet zone. This process results in a rapid temperature decrease to approximately 200 ºC, effectively stalling dioxin regeneration. Concurrently, water mist extinguishes sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential burns.
8) Subsequent to the quenching, the flue gas proceeds to the spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. Here, the primary objective is to meticulously cleanse the flue gas of any lingering acid gases, ensuring an environmentally friendly discharge.
9) Once the flue gas has been thoroughly processed through the spray tower, it is seamlessly expelled into the atmosphere via the chimney, having passed through a state-of-the-art induced draft fan that ensures an efficient and controlled release.
