1) Initiate with the blower to adeptly purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly mitigating explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the formidable burner ignites, initiating the process, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan, orchestrating a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This rigorous preparatory step ensures both safety and supreme efficiency. The diesel fuel, guided through meticulously engineered pipelines, awaits its precise ignition by the burners. As the radiant heat unfurls, it gracefully elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, assuring a steady, controlled ascent for unparalleled performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced with expert precision into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The addition of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly cleansing the flue gas and setting the stage for subsequent treatment phases.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the pinnacle of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets.
