flow description: Experience seamless waste treatment with our sophisticated process flow:
Light diesel oil fuels the burner through an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually raises furnace temperatures. Within thirty minutes, once optimal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system activates. Waste, crushed to precise particles, is delivered to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principles—temperature, time, turbine flow—waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Subsequently, tail gas is reheated and oxidized in a secondary combustion chamber. This chamber features a multi-hull design with gravity dust collectors, capturing the majority of dust. Flue gas progresses to the waste heat boiler, yielding steam for factory utilization, while also recovering valuable metal oxides. Air heat exchangers further cool the flue gas, transferring heat for factory use. Post-cooling, flue gases are purified in dust collectors, followed by additional dust removal and washing in the spray system. Finally, purified gas is released through the chimney. Precious metal oxides are extracted from ash for landfill disposal. Liquid interfaces are available for combustible waste liquids, which can be introduced into the furnace.
