description: This cutting-edge incinerator operates as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually loaded into the furnace, with light diesel oil transported to the burner via pipeline. The waste is ignited by an automatic ignition system, undergoing dramatic stirring by high-temperature gas to rapidly oxidize. Guided by the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), any unburned gases are directed to the secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature treatment at around 900 ºC, ensuring complete decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas is then processed through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal, followed by entry into a spray tower where acid gases are neutralized using injection lye. This comprehensive process guarantees a clean exhaust with no black smoke or odor.
