Process flow description:
The process begins as light diesel oil is delivered to the burner through a dedicated pipeline. The automatic ignition system carefully increases the furnace temperature. After approximately thirty minutes, once the optimal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is meticulously crushed and transported into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Guided by the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes a meticulous oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion process. Post-combustion, the tail gas is subjected to a secondary high-temperature oxidation in the multi-hull secondary combustion chamber, which incorporates a trio of gravity dust collectors to capture dust particles effectively. The flue gas is then transported to the waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and recycled into steam for operational use, recovering valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The gas is then directed into an air heat exchanger to warm fresh air for operational needs, further cooling the flue gas. It is subsequently processed in a dust collector for further dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery. A spray system ensures final dust removal and washing. The purified gas is ultimately released into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an exhaust fan. Any valuable metal oxides found in the residual ashes are extracted and disposed of at a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing for waste liquid capable of combustion to be sprayed into the furnace.
