1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition, thus ensuring a robust start to operations.
2) Prior to the powerful burner igniting, it's essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process guarantees safety and operational efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly transferred via precision-crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for unparalleled performance.
3) In a remarkable feat of engineering, solid waste is expertly funneled into the rotary kiln using a cutting-edge feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences an advanced combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a striking 1100ºC, further intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of any remaining organics and dioxins. This remarkable process achieves a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. 7) Following its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a powerful pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the rising hot flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a mere second.
