Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste enters the rotary kiln with unparalleled precision through a cutting-edge feeding system, ensuring a remarkable combustion temperature of 850ºC via meticulous oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is masterfully directed into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and seamless integration for extraordinary performance.
4) The flue gas, a powerful byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense operation, advances to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled effortlessly by an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations that are both smooth and impeccably clean.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a superior combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, enhancing the incineration process to achieve a smokeless and odorless finish with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for an exact 4 seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, reaching a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas transitions to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Utilizing centrifugal force, ash content is expertly neutralized, significantly purifying the flue gas and ensuring readiness for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Following its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, where it transforms into fine droplets. These droplets meet the ascending hot flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet zone that rapidly cools to 200ºC within a second. 8) The flue gas then moves into the spray washing tower, immediately followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages are pivotal in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it aligns with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passage through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing its environmental impact.
