1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This ensures that the combustion temperature is consistently maintained at an optimal 850ºC, thanks to precise oxygen control mechanisms. Concurrently, waste liquid is expertly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, guaranteeing seamless processing and integration efficiency.
4) The flue gas generated from the rotary kiln makes its way to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with precision through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This advanced system ensures operations remain smooth and immaculate, free from any hindrances.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subjected to an intensified combustion process. The presence of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a remarkable 1100ºC, enhancing the incineration process to a smokeless and odorless conclusion with no secondary pollution. The flue gas resides in this chamber for a precise duration of 4.0 seconds, ensuring comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an exceptional decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. 6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized through the application of centrifugal force. 7) Once the flue gas exits the cyclone, it transitions to the semi-dry quench tower.
