2. Medical waste: effectively handling medical disposables like syringes, gloves, bags, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and various infectious waste materials;
3. General garbage: encompassing everyday refuse such as cardboard, paper chips, wood chips, leaves, and more;
4. Special waste: encompassing challenging waste types such as waste oil, waste solvents, sludge, dust pool, paint on iron, mold filter residue, and more;

Composition of the equipment:
Comprehensive assembly includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with oil transport control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential supports with a maintenance platform, etc.;
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator employs a high-temperature heat storage design. Waste is manually introduced into the furnace, with light diesel oil channeled to the burner via a pipeline. The process commences with automatic ignition, rapidly initiating a vigorous oxidation reaction via high-temperature gas stirring. Utilizing the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gas moves to a secondary chamber for incineration, reaching temperatures around 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction. Flue gases pass through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to eliminate particles, then into a spray tower where acid gases neutralize via an acid-alkali reaction, ensuring full combustion devoid of smoke and odor. Final emissions exit through the stack, while residues may be landfilled or recycled.
