Comprehensive components include: Horizontal furnace body, advanced secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, efficient spray tower, exhaust fan, towering chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, along with other necessary supports and maintenance platforms, all working in harmony for seamless operation;
Process flow description:
This innovative incinerator is a high-temperature, heat storage type furnace. Waste materials are manually placed into the furnace, while light diesel oil is transported to the burner through a specialized pipeline. The system ignites waste via an automatic ignition system, enabling vigorous stirring by high-temperature gas which accelerates rapid oxidation reactions. Adhering to the principles of the 3T's (temperature, time, and turbine flow), the partially burned gases are directed into the secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature burning, reaching up to 900 ºC for effective destruction and decomposition. The flue gases are then processed through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, followed by a spray tower where acid gases are neutralized using injected lye, ensuring complete combustion with no black smoke or odors. Finally, the purified flue gas is released into the atmosphere through a stack, with residual ashes disposed into a landfill or repurposed.
