2) Prior to the robust burner igniting, it's vital to activate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This diligent procedure ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through meticulously crafted pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat efficiently elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a smooth and controlled ascent for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
