Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is skillfully introduced into the rotary kiln using a cutting-edge feeding system, precisely maintaining the combustion temperature at an optimal 850ºC through meticulous oxygen control. Simultaneously, waste liquid is efficiently channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, ensuring seamless processing and integration. 4) The flue gas, originating from the rotary kiln, proceeds to the secondary chamber where incineration by-products like ash and slag are adeptly removed using an innovative wet scraper mechanism. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes further combustion enhancement as organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC. This intensification results in a smokeless, odor-free finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precisely calculated 4.0 seconds, ensuring nearly complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, ensuring an environmentally friendly operation.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas moves to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force. This strategic enhancement significantly purifies the flue gas, optimizing it for the subsequent process stages.
7) Following the cyclone, the flue gas is transferred to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a high-pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower towards the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200 ºC within just one second. This quick action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The flue gas subsequently enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. 9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan, ensuring a smooth and environmentally considerate exit.
