Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature, achieving optimal levels within half an hour. Upon reaching the set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated, with waste particles crushed and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (Temperature, Time, Turbine Flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Tail gases are subjected to secondary combustion and high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hulltype secondary chamber, equipped with three gravity dust collectors for dust removal. Flue gas is channeled into a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, facilitating precious metal oxide recovery. Subsequent air heat exchanger treatment heats fresh air for factory use, further cooling the flue gas before it enters a dust collector for fine particle removal and additional metal oxide recovery. A spray system performs final dust removal and cleansing, discharging standard gas into the atmosphere via a chimney. Burned ashes are checked for metal oxides and sent to landfill, with provisions for liquid interface for incinerable waste liquid.
