Even under challenging conditions of 40 degrees and 85% relative humidity, the electrical circuit's insulation resistance remains steadfast at over 2 , withstanding a rigorous experimental voltage test at a power frequency of 50Hz and 1500V. Design Concepts:
Tailored to project specifications, the rotary kiln incinerator is the quintessential choice, capable of simultaneously processing solids and liquids. It is particularly effective for chemical residues, sludges, organic waste liquids, and various industrial solid wastes,
making it the preferred furnace for comprehensive waste management centers. The rotary kiln incinerator features a robust cylindrical metal shell lined with insulation bricks, slightly tilted horizontally. Its rotational design ensures even mixing, facilitating the waste's journey towards the discharge end. The innovative flue gas directional design, combined with continuous rotation, ensures thorough rolling, stirring, and uniform heating of the waste. The waste dwells in the rotary kiln for an impressive 0.5 to 1 hour, guaranteeing optimal heating and complete eradication of organic materials.
Additionally, equipped with an advanced secondary combustion chamber, the waste gases produced are re-incinerated at scorching temperatures of 1100ºC, ensuring superior removal efficiency of organic substances. The design mandates a temperature ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds, guiding the selection of furnace type. Upon flue gas cooling, the focus shifts to purifying the exhaust by eliminating acidic components, nitrogen oxides, adsorbing harmful materials, and collecting dust particles, all critical to informed equipment selection.

The Incinerator Setup Comprises the Following Equipment:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, efficient waste liquid transportation pipeline system, dynamic rotary kiln body, primary burner, advanced secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust elimination, quenching acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, self-contained chimney, alkali storage tank and transport system, lye pump, blower and air supply system, comprehensive electrical system, state-of-the-art instrument control system, automatic ash removal apparatus, system installation and maintenance platform, and robust support structures.

Concise Overview of Main Process Flow:
1) Initially, activate the blower to purge any residual or flammable gases within the furnace, mitigating explosion risk upon ignition.
2) Prior to burner ignition, activate the induced draft fan and purge the furnace for five minutes. Fuel diesel is channeled through pipelines, ignited by precision ignition burners, and the resulting heat incrementally elevates the temperatures of both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber.
3) In our state-of-the-art system, solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via an advanced feeding mechanism. Here, the combustion process is meticulously managed at a precise temperature of 850ºC by expertly regulating the oxygen supply. Our cutting-edge design ensures that waste liquids are efficiently channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through a specialized waste liquid pipeline, optimizing the incineration process.
4) The journey continues as the flue gas generated by the rotary kiln gracefully transitions into the secondary chamber. Meanwhile, ash and slag resulting from incineration are effortlessly expelled through an automated wet scraper system, ensuring a streamlined operational flow.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, flue gases undergo an intense transformation as they are further incinerated at soaring temperatures of up to 1100ºC, driven by the infusion of organic waste liquid. This process ensures a thorough and complete combustion, achieving a smokeless, odorless output devoid of secondary pollution. Flue gases linger in the chamber for 4.0 seconds, allowing for the meticulous decomposition of trace organic matter and dioxins to an impressive efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This advanced multi-stage combustion strategy significantly curtails the formation of nitrogen oxides, ensuring optimal environmental compliance.
6) The purified flue gas from the secondary chamber gracefully flows into a sophisticated water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force acts decisively to settle ash content, elevating the cleanliness and quality of the flue gas.
7) From the cyclone, the flue gas is ushered into a semi-dry quench tower. Within this state-of-the-art structure, a pressure pump expertly channels the flue gas through a two-fluid nozzle, atomizing it into minuscule droplets. As these droplets encounter the hot flue gas, they create a high-density suspension near the nozzle, where the temperature is rapidly reduced to approximately 200 ºC in under a second. This swift cooling effectively inhibits dioxin regeneration, while water mist sprays extinguish any residual sparks, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag from potential damage.
8) Next, the flue gas embarks on a cleansing journey through the spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. These cutting-edge technologies are designed to meticulously wash away any lingering acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring a pristine final output.
9) Finally, the flue gas exits the spray tower and is directly vented into the atmosphere via the chimney, following a final pass through the induced draft fan, completing its eco-friendly transformation.
