1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge the furnace of residual and flammable gases, significantly minimizing explosion risk before ignition.
2) Prior to sparking ignition with the powerful burner, initiate the induced draft fan for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous procedure ensures the safe and efficient transport of diesel fuel through expertly designed pipelines, leading to precise burner ignition. The radiant heat smoothly elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled and steady rise for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste embarks on its transformative journey into the rotary kiln via an advanced state-of-the-art feeding system. 5) Within the heart of the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subject to intensified combustion. This ensures thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with an outstanding decomposition efficiency surpassing 99.99%. 6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and efficiently preparing it for subsequent treatment phases.
7) Following its passage through the cyclone, the flue gas ascends to the semi-dry quench tower. A powerful pressure pump proficiently directs the reaction tower to the zenith of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into exquisite droplets.
