Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Through an advanced, state-of-the-art feeding system, solid waste is expertly guided into the rotary kiln. This precision-engineered mechanism ensures the combustion temperature remains exactly at 850ºC, courtesy of sophisticated oxygen control, guaranteeing unparalleled efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is expertly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines. This seamless integration ensures flawless processing, enhancing the superior performance of the system.
4) The rotary kiln's vigorous operation produces flue gas, which then channels into the secondary chamber. In a display of innovative engineering, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled efficiently through a cutting-edge wet scraper mechanism. This ensures operations are not only smooth but also immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a combustion process of superior quality. With the introduction of organic waste liquid, the temperature soars to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration to a smokeless, odorless finish with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precise four seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The chamber's intricate multi-stage combustion process effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, underscoring enhanced environmental safety.
6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force is harnessed to expertly neutralize ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for the next phase of treatment.
7) After passing through the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A powerful pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower towards the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area that cools rapidly to 200ºC within just one second. This quick action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any remaining sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas continues its journey into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are crucial for eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is gently released into the atmosphere via the chimney. Thanks to an induced draft fan, its smooth exit is assured, minimizing environmental impact with precision.
