Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, upon reaching the set temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste is crushed into particles and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow) for oxidative, pyrolytic, and combustion processes. Post-combustion tail gas undergoes re-burning and high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber featuring a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collector structures for optimal dust collection. Flue gas then enters the waste heat boiler for cooling, recycling as steam for factory use, and recovering precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Following air heat exchanger processing for factory air heating and further flue gas cooling, the gas enters a dust collector for fine dust removal and precious metal oxide recycling, followed by additional dust removal and washing via the spray system. Finally, the cleaned standard gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, facilitated by the exhaust fan. Burned ashes are analyzed for precious metal oxides and appropriately disposed of in a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for sprayable waste liquid.
