The pioneering flue gas directional design provides continuous waste agitation and uniform heating, with a residence time of 0.5-1 hour in the kiln, ensuring thorough thermal treatment and organic matter elimination.
Moreover, the system incorporates a secondary combustion chamber for re-incinerating produced gases, achieving soaring temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum organic matter eradication. Furnace type selection adheres to criteria of temperature ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the activation of the blower to eliminate residual and flammable gases within the furnace, markedly reducing potential explosion risks upon ignition.
2) Before the initial spark ignites within the burner, it is essential to activate the induced draft fan. This allows the furnace to breathe and prepare, purging itself thoroughly for a full five minutes. With this preparatory ritual complete, diesel fuel embarks on a journey through our precision-engineered pipelines, culminating in its ignition by the adept ignition burners. This radiant heat gracefully escalates the temperature in both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a smooth and optimal performance ramp-up.
3) Solid waste enters the rotary kiln with meticulous care, thanks to our state-of-the-art feeding system. Here, we maintain the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC with expert oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly introduced into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through a dedicated pipeline, ensuring harmonious processing and flawless integration.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln, travels smoothly into the secondary chamber. Here, the by-products of incineration, including ash and slag, are deftly discharged by our innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing an uninterrupted and spotless operation.
5) As the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, it undergoes further refinement, assisted by organic waste liquid, elevating temperatures to a vigorous 1100ºC. This ensures the incineration is not only smoke-free and odorless but also free from secondary pollution. The gas resides in this chamber for precisely 4.0 seconds, where it undergoes meticulous decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an outstanding efficiency over 99.99%. Our sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy curtails nitrogen oxide formation, achieving complete breakdown of organic components and carbon particles at this intense temperature.
6) The flue gas emerges from the secondary combustion chamber and transitions into the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force skillfully settles the ash content, significantly uplifting the cleanliness of the flue gas, ensuring it is impeccably prepared for the next stages.
7) After the cyclone, the flue gas continues to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump delicately guides the reaction tower up to the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. As these droplets intermingle with the upward-flowing hot flue gas, a dense cloud of suspended droplets forms, rapidly cooling the temperature to an efficient 200 ºC within just one second.
