Composition of the equipment:
Our advanced incinerator system is composed of the furnace body, a secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with an oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other essential supports and maintenance platforms. This comprehensive setup ensures efficient and reliable waste processing.
Process flow description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator functions as a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually loaded into the furnace and ignited by an automated system via light diesel oil transported through pipelines to the burner. The waste undergoes rapid oxidation in a highly turbulent gas environment. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), less burned gases are subjected to a secondary combustion chamber at approximately 900ºC, ensuring complete destruction and decomposition. The resulting high-temperature flue gas passes through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove particulates, then enters a spray tower where an acid-alkali neutralization process absorbs any remaining acidic gases. The final result is a complete combustion with no black smoke or odor, and any residual ash is suitable for landfill disposal or potential reuse.
