Process flow description:
The light diesel oil is skillfully delivered to the burner through a sophisticated oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature, achieving optimal levels within half an hour. Once the desired temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated, directing shredded waste particles into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the principle of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the chamber. Following this, the tail gas is re-burned, undergoing high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors that capture most dust particles. The flue gas is then ushered into the waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and recycled into steam for factory use, simultaneously reclaiming valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger utilizes the captured heat to warm fresh air for factory purposes, further cooling the flue gas. This cooled gas is directed to the dust collector for tiny dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery, followed by an advanced spray system for additional dust elimination and washing. Finally, the purified standard gas is emitted into the atmosphere through a chimney, facilitated by the exhaust fan. Burned ashes, containing precious metal oxides, are diligently checked and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing waste liquids capable of combustion to be sprayed into the furnace.
