The innovative flue gas directional design ensures continuous waste agitation and uniform heating, with a waste residence time in the kiln spanning 0.5-1 hour, guaranteeing thorough thermal treatment and organic matter elimination.
Additionally, the system includes a secondary combustion chamber for re-incinerating gases released, achieving high temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize the eradication of organic matter. Furnace type selection adheres strictly to criteria of temperature ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. After cooling, flue gases undergo tail gas purification focused on extensive removal of acidic constituents, nitrogen oxides, and capture of harmful particles and dust, ensuring precise equipment selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid transport pipeline system, robust rotary kiln structure, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust extractor, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery facilities, lye pump, blower, and air supply system, a sophisticated electrical network, instrumentation control system, automatic ash disposal unit, as well as installation and maintenance platforms with sturdy support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start by activating the blower to clear any residual and flammable gases within the furnace, effectively minimizing explosion risks upon ignition. This step is crucial for ensuring safe operation and reliable performance.
2) Before the ignition process is initiated by the burner, it is crucial to activate the induced draft fan and allow the furnace to undergo a comprehensive purge for five minutes. Following this essential step, diesel fuel is methodically transported through intricately designed pipelines, eventually igniting with precision by the ignition burners. The radiant heat generated by the burners meticulously elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled ramp-up to achieve peak performance and efficiency.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln with meticulous precision, thanks to an advanced feeding system that ensures flawless operation. The precision oxygen control maintains the combustion temperature optimally at 850ºC, fostering efficient waste processing. In contrast, waste liquid is deftly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a specialized pipeline, seamlessly integrating with the existing processes to ensure smooth and efficient waste management.
4) The flue gas generated by the rotary kiln embarks on a journey to the secondary chamber, where incineration by-products like ash and slag are efficiently and automatically discharged through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This approach guarantees uninterrupted and clean operation, maintaining optimal functionality and paving the way for superior environmental compliance.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an additional combustion process, skillfully aided by organic waste liquid, elevating its temperature to a persistent 1100ºC. This robust temperature ensures the incineration process is exceptionally complete, achieving a smokeless and odorless outcome without any secondary pollution. The flue gas lingers precisely for 4.0 seconds within the chamber, meticulously decomposing trace organic compounds and dioxins, boasting a decomposition efficiency that surpasses 99.99%. This thorough processing guarantees the complete breakdown of any residual organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC. The secondary combustion chamber utilizes an advanced multi-stage combustion strategy, adeptly mitigating the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas emerging from the secondary combustion chamber advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content is adeptly settled through centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the flue gas cleanliness and preparing it flawlessly for any subsequent procedural stages, ensuring it meets peak operational standards.
7) Once exiting the cyclone, the flue gas progresses into the semi-dry quench tower. With precision, a pressure pump navigates the reaction tower into the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. This interaction with the upward-hot flue gas forms a dense area of suspended droplets, facilitating a swift temperature reduction to around 200 ºC within just one second. 8) The flue gas then moves into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages diligently scrub away acid gases contained within the flue gas, ensuring its purity and strict compliance with the most stringent environmental standards.
