Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered through the pipeline to the burner, where the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, upon reaching the set temperature, the waste conveying system initiates, transporting crushed waste particles into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the principles of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion in the chamber. Post-combustion, the tail gas undergoes secondary high-temperature oxidation in the multi-hull type secondary combustion chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors for optimal dust collection. The flue gas is then cooled and recycled into steam for factory use in the waste heat boiler. Precious metal oxides are partially recovered, achieving comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh air for factory use, further cooling the flue gas, which is then directed to the dust collector for fine dust removal and further precious metal oxide recovery. The spray system enhances dust removal and washing, ensuring that the standard gas is finally expelled through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the ash are checked and transferred to a landfill. Reserve liquid interfaces are available for combustible waste liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
