Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is efficiently delivered to the burner through an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually increases the furnace temperature. After half an hour, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles, processed through a crusher, are sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the principles of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors for efficient dust collection. Flue gases are directed into the waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling for factory use, while precious metal oxides are recovered, promoting comprehensive utilization. The air heat exchanger heats fresh air for factory use, and cooled flue gases are further processed in the dust collector to remove fine dust particles and recover metal oxides. A spray system handles further dust removal and washing. Finally, standard gases are released into the atmosphere through the chimney via an exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides present in the burned ash are checked and transferred to a landfill. The system reserves liquid interfaces for waste liquids that can be incinerated through spraying.
