Composition of the Equipment:
Our incineration system boasts a comprehensive array of components including a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and transport control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, along with essential supports and a maintenance platform.
Process Flow Description:
This incinerator is a marvel of high-temperature heat storage design. Waste is manually introduced into the furnace where light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via pipelines. The waste is effortlessly ignited by an automated ignition system. High-temperature gases vigorously stir the waste, prompting a rapid oxidation reaction. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases are redirected to the secondary combustion chamber for further incineration, reaching up to 900 ºC for thorough breakdown. The resulting high-temperature flue gases then traverse a water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal. Subsequently, the gases are channeled into a spray tower where acid gases are neutralized using alkali injections, ensuring complete combustion without residual smoke or odors. Finally, flue gases are released through the stack into the atmosphere, while remaining ashes are either landfilled or repurposed.
