Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This ensures that the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at a precise 850ºC, thanks to our advanced precision oxygen control. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, guaranteeing flawless processing and complete integration.
4) The flue gas, generated by the rotary kiln, makes its journey to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This cutting-edge system assures unobstructed, pristine operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, an intensified combustion process occurs as organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC. This enhances the incineration process, achieving a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains in this chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, ensuring the complete breakdown of trace organics and dioxins with an exceptional decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at around 1100ºC, while the chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas progresses to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Once it leaves the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. In this stage, a pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, where it is transformed into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the ascending hot flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area that rapidly cools to 200 ºC within a second.
