The innovative flue gas directional system perpetually stirs waste for even heating, providing a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour to guarantee comprehensive thermal treatment and complete organic matter annihilation.
Moreover, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates released gases, achieving extraordinary temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum organic matter eradication. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower, expertly purging residual and flammable gases within the furnace to significantly lower explosion risks during ignition.
2) Prior to the ignition of the robust burner, initiate the induced draft fan for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This thorough procedure sets the stage for safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is meticulously transported through expertly crafted pipelines, culminating in its precise ignition by the burners. The ensuing radiant heat elevates temperatures within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled ascent for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system, maintaining the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC via precision oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas, birthed from the rotary kiln, embarks on its journey to the secondary chamber. Here, a sophisticated incineration process efficiently expels by-products such as ash and slag through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, offering a seamless, unblemished operational flow.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an intensified combustion process. The gas remains for a precise 4.0 seconds, guaranteeing complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an astounding efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes the ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for the next phases of the process.
7) Post-cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adroitly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, morphing it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet region that rapidly cools to 200 ºC within a second. This swift cooling effectively curtails dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then proceeds into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are instrumental in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas stream, ensuring adherence to stringent environmental purity standards.
9) Having traversed the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, guided by an induced draft fan for smooth exit, thereby minimizing its environmental footprint.
