The inventive flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for even heating, with waste retention time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring exhaustive thermal treatment and organic matter elimination.
Moreover, a groundbreaking secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum organic matter obliteration. The furnace selection adheres to rigorous standards, achieving temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the robust burner ignites, it's imperative to engage the induced draft fan, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gently elevates temperatures within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a smooth and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This cutting-edge mechanism ensures the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at an ideal 850ºC via precise oxygen control, guaranteeing peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is effortlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, enabling seamless processing and integration for enhanced performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense operation, proceeds to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are discharged with remarkable efficiency through a pioneering wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes premium combustion. The addition of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a phenomenal decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The intricate breakdown of residual organic elements and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion strategy effectively mitigates nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) As the flue gas emerges from the secondary combustion chamber, it advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas travels to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, dispersing it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages are instrumental in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thus minimizing environmental impact.
