Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually increasing the furnace temperature. After about half an hour, once the desired temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and sent into the combustion chamber by the high-pressure fan. Based on the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion in the chamber. The tail gas is burned again at high temperatures in a secondary chamber with multiple layers and gravity dust collectors to capture dust. Flue gas proceeds to the waste heat boiler for cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, reclaiming valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utility. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh factory air, further cooling occurs, and flue gas enters the dust collector to remove tiny particles and reclaim metals, followed by additional dust removal and cleansing by the spray system. Finally, compliant gas is discharged via the chimney by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in burned ash are then transferred to a landfill, with interfaces reserved for liquid waste that can be introduced into the furnace for combustion if burnable.
