The innovative flue gas direction system consistently agitates waste for uniform heating, achieving a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, to ensure thorough thermal processing and total organic matter elimination.
Further to this, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-burns generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter destruction. The furnace is designed to meet stringent standards with operational temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. After cooling, the flue gas purification process meticulously eliminates acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures hazardous particles and dust, ensuring scrupulous component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively evacuate residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner igniting, it is imperative to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This careful procedure ensures both safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through meticulously designed pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat systematically raises the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled ascent for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is deftly channeled into the rotary kiln via a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced system meticulously maintains a stable combustion temperature of 850ºC, thanks to its precision oxygen control, which ensures peak efficiency and performance. Concurrently, waste liquid is transported seamlessly into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, enabling flawless processing and integration to achieve top-tier performance.
4) The flue gas, produced from the robust operation of the rotary kiln, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are efficiently removed via an innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing smooth and pristine operational flow.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences enhanced combustion. The addition of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, thereby intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless output with zero secondary pollution as the flue gas dwells here for an exact 4 seconds. During this residence time, complete decomposition of residual organics and dioxins is achieved with an outstanding decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy ensures the precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC and effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, thereby bolstering environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is skillfully neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for the following stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump expertly directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets converge with the ascending hot flue gas to form a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and quenches any remaining sparks, thereby protecting the cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) Subsequently, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These vital stages play a pivotal role in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with the most stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan which ensures its smooth departure, thereby significantly minimizing environmental impact.
