The advanced flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with a residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring thorough thermal treatment and organic matter destruction.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases at extreme temperatures of 1100ºC, maximizing organic matter elimination. Furnace standards meet rigorous requirements with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection and superior air quality.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, reducing explosion risks during ignition for ultimate safety.
2) Prior to ignition by the powerful burner, setting the induced draft fan in motion is crucial. This allows a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace, ensuring safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is transported via expertly designed pipelines, leading to precise burner ignition. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber steadily and controlled, ensuring peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This innovative mechanism masterfully maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through expert oxygen control, guaranteeing maximum efficiency. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines. 4) The flue gas, a product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, is channeled to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. 5) Within the advanced secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This guarantees the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. 7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A high-pressure pump masterfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. 8) The flue gas then moves into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device.
