Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. 1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the moment when the robust burner ignites, it is essential to engage the induced draft fan, instigating a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This thorough procedure is integral to ensuring both safety and operational excellence. With precision and finesse, diesel fuel is conveyed through meticulously engineered pipelines to achieve its optimal ignition by the burners. This process of controlled ignition smoothly elevates the internal temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, guaranteeing a methodical and well-regulated temperature rise for peak operational performance.
3) Solid waste is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at an exacting 850ºC by employing precision oxygen controls, ensuring unmatched efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is flawlessly conveyed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, ensuring immaculate processing and integration, thereby delivering superior performance.
4) As a result of the rotary kiln's dynamic operation, the flue gas transitions to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are proficiently expelled using a state-of-the-art wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth, efficient, and immaculate operational continuity.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an advanced level of combustion. The strategic introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, thereby intensifying the incineration process. This meticulous process results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains within the chamber for a precise duration of 4 seconds. This parameter is critical for the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The exact breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles is executed at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion approach effectively reduces the formation of nitrogen oxides, significantly enhancing environmental safety.
6) As the flue gas emerges from the secondary combustion chamber, it advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. 7) After the cyclone, the flue gas is directed to the semi-dry quench tower.
