Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) The journey of solid waste begins with its precise introduction into the rotary kiln using an advanced feeding system. This cutting-edge mechanism masterfully sustains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC by expertly controlling oxygen levels, thereby ensuring unrivaled operational efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is methodically channeled into the rotary kiln or directed to the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration, culminating in superior system performance.
4) The flue gas, a dynamic by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operations, is skillfully guided to the secondary chamber. Within this chamber, incineration residues such as ash and slag are expelled with commendable efficiency through a pioneering wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing seamless and immaculate operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences a remarkable combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid significantly raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. The result is a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas is retained here for an exact 4 seconds. This duration ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an extraordinary decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at around 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, thereby enhancing environmental protection.
6) Upon emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is masterfully neutralized by the application of centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the subsequent treatment stages.
7) Following its exit from the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump deftly orchestrates the reaction tower's operations, directing the top of the two-fluid nozzle to transform the flue gas into fine droplets. These droplets collide with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and achieving a rapid cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and quells any remaining sparks, thereby protecting the cloth bag from potential ignition.
8) The flue gas then proceeds to the spray washing tower, followed by passage through the wet packing washing tower device. These essential stages play a pivotal role in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring compliance with rigorous environmental purity standards.
9) After the flue gas traverses the spray tower, it is smoothly released into the atmosphere through the chimney, assisted by an induced draft fan that oversees its seamless exit, thus minimizing environmental impact.
