Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate the process with the high-performance blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases from within the furnace, drastically reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the initiation of the powerful burner, it is paramount to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This thorough procedure guarantees both safety and efficiency as diesel fuel, meticulously delivered through expertly engineered pipelines, is ignited with precision by the burners. The radiant heat elegantly elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled rise that paves the way for peak operational performance.
3) Solid waste is masterfully introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system that maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC using precision oxygen control for optimal efficiency. 4) The flue gas, a product of the rotary kiln's intense activity, proceeds to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring seamless and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is subjected to superior combustion. The infusion of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process to achieve a smokeless and odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds to ensure the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an extraordinary decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force. 7) Following the cyclone process, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower.
