The innovative flue gas directional system consistently stirs waste for even heating, with a residence time of 0.5-1 hour, guaranteeing comprehensive thermal treatment and the eradication of organic matter.
Additionally, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to enhance organic matter removal. Furnace specifications meet stringent standards with temperatures of ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds. After cooling, the flue gas purification process meticulously extracts acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and traps harmful particles and dust, ensuring diligent component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to effectively eliminate residual and flammable gases within the furnace, substantially mitigating the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Prior to the ignition by the high-efficiency burner, the induced draft fan must be activated for an extensive five-minute purge, ensuring safety and efficacy. The expertly designed pipelines channel diesel fuel, culminating in precise ignition. The resulting radiant heat delicately elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, facilitating a stable, controlled ascent for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the high-efficiency rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system, which meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC. This precision is achieved through advanced oxygen control. Simultaneously, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines. This ensures flawless processing and optimal integration of waste materials, showcasing the system's superior capability.
4) The flue gas, emanating from the rotary kiln, is guided to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products, such as ash and slag, are efficiently expelled using an innovative wet scraper mechanism. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an intensified combustion process. Organic waste liquid enhances the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, thereby amplifying the incineration process to achieve a smokeless and odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas resides in this chamber for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. This meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, exemplifying the chamber's advanced technology.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized using centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas. This strategic enhancement prepares the gas for the subsequent stages, ensuring exceptional performance and purity.
7) After passing through the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. A high-efficiency pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, atomizing the liquid into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area, rapidly cooling it to 200ºC within a second. 8) The flue gas then passes through the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are crucial in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental standards and maintains optimal purity.
9) Having traversed the spray tower, the flue gas is subsequently released into the atmosphere via the chimney. An efficient induced draft fan ensures its smooth exit, significantly minimizing environmental impact and exemplifying the system's commitment to sustainability.
