Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is channeled to the burner through a specialized oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles are crushed and directed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-initial burning, tail gases undergo additional high-temperature oxidation in a secondary multi-hull combustion chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors. Flue gas is recycled through a waste heat boiler to generate steam for factory applications, enhancing resource utilization. Cooled flue gas is then processed through an air heat exchanger and dust collectors, ensuring thorough removal of tiny dust particles and recycling of precious metal oxides. A spray system further cleans and washes the gas before standard emissions are safely released through the chimney. Burned ashes containing precious metal oxides are inspected and dispatched to landfills, whereas liquid interfaces are reserved for potential combustion within the furnace.
