Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is seamlessly delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. After a steady half-hour rise, the set temperature is achieved, and the waste conveying system activates. Waste is expertly crushed and conveyed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow). This results in oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processes within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases undergo secondary high-temperature oxidation. The multi-hull-type secondary chamber integrates gravity dust collectors, capturing significant dust. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler, is recycled into steam for plant use, and precious metal oxides are recovered. Air heat exchangers heat fresh air for plant utility. Post-cooling, flue gas enters dust collectors for further dust and precious metal oxide recovery. Additional dust removal and washing are achieved via a spray system. Finally, compliant gas exits the chimney. Precious metal oxides in burned ashes are checked and landfilled. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids.
