Description: Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the process begins with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the temperature, preparing the furnace for operation. Once optimal heat is reached, waste material is introduced via a crusher device into the combustion chamber, propelled by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Tail gas is subjected to secondary combustion in a multi-hulltype chamber, which integrates a three-tier gravity dust collector for optimal dust retention. Flue gases are then harnessed by a waste heat boiler, recycled into factory-use steam, and precious metal oxides are recovered. Subsequent cooling occurs in an air heat exchanger, further purifying the flue gas to remove residual dust and maximize precious metal oxide recovery. The spray system ensures final dust removal and purification before the environmentally safe gas is released into the atmosphere. Precious metal oxides in burned ashes are collected for landfill relocation. The system reserves interfaces for liquid waste incineration. Incinerator device includes the following equipment:
